We are a dedicated team focused on educating young generations through innovative
programs that promote international openness. We encourage youth empowerment,
fostering confidence in the future and commitment to the common good. We work towards
an inclusive culture that develops relational skills, overcomes invisible barriers, and
recognizes the world as a single boundary. Our mission is to give space to individual
diversities, awareness of personal talents, and creativity.

Caterina Del Colle
High school teacher with a background in legal and philosophical studies, PhD in Global
Studies, creator and coordinator of training programs focused on guidance, active
citizenship, and combating violence and discrimination against women. Founder of the
Association.

Gustavo Ranalli
Civil engineer and independent expert for the European Commission. Specialised in the preparation, management and coordination of European projects, with extensive experience in the Horizon programme.

Vladimiro Paschali
Graduate in Computer Science, PhD candidate at Sapienza University; he combines
technical skills with a passion for volunteering. Since the association's inception, he has
contributed organizational skills, empathy, and teamwork spirit to create valuable
educational experiences.

Allyson Yauri Sarmiento
University-level scientific background. Bilingual, actively engaged in volunteer work, with excellent interpersonal skills and specific expertise in IT and archiving.

Anna Signorini
PhD in Psychological Sciences and Techniques, with a background in music therapy
studies at Berklee College of Music in Boston. Bilingual, guides students through university
choice processes and enrollment in the English-speaking world.

Cinzia Delle Site
Chartered Accountant, expert in tax consulting for the third sector, with a focus on cultural
associations. Provides accounting, administrative, and tax services with an ethical
perspective and sensitivity to inclusion and the social service of the Association.

Stephen Reilly
University-level humanities education, expert in volunteer camp management and youth training, actively involved since the foundation of the association in developing educational programs focused on inclusion, youth cohesion, and English language learning.

Elisa Muzii
Graduate of King's College London with a Master's in Healthcare Management from
Sweden, she is an expert in the European dimension of higher education studies and
university enrollment processes abroad, supporting students in their international
academic journey.
