Our Association is pleased to congratulate Professor Fabrizio D’Amore, a member of our expert
team, on his prestigious appointment as Expert at the Permanent Representation of Italy to the
United Nations.

Over the next two years, he will be based in New York, bringing with him the expertise, vision, and
dedication that have always characterized his contribution to our projects.

TYA and PSIRAMIL – building blocks for a better world

PSIRAMIL: Supporting Migrants and Ukrainian
Refugees in Romania and Italy


PSIRAMIL (Personalized Support for the Integration and Adjustment of Ukrainian Refugees and Working Migrants into the Local Community) is a bilateral project aimed at strengthening support for migrant workers and Ukrainian refugees by enhancing institutional capacities and promoting community integration.


Key Actions:

  • ï‚· Training of 40 institutional staff members in intercultural communication and diversity management

  • ï‚· Mentorship programs, language courses, and community activities for 30 migrants and refugees

  • ï‚· Study visits, cultural events, online training, and awareness campaigns to share best practices


Expected Impact:

  • ï‚· Improved skills and capacities of staff

  • ï‚· Greater social and professional integration of migrants and refugees

  • ï‚· Development of a Best Practice Guide for long-term use

  • ï‚· Strengthened community ties and support networks

  • ï‚· Positive influence on public attitudes toward migrants and refugees

TYA: Teachers for Youth Ambassadors


We have launched a new international partnership between five schools and a university from six
European countries to create a network of Jean Monnet schools where we act as subcontractors. Our project TYA: Teachers
for Youth Ambassadors, which we designed and wrote, aims to strengthen the role of teachers and
offer young people tools to be more aware and active European citizens.

The three phases of the project

Teacher training

In-depth study on active European citizenship to provide
tools and skills to guide their students on the path to democratic participation
democratic participation.

Student Path

An online course with international co-teaching sessions,
culminating in the drafting of a petition on the key issues of their generation.

Brussels: Protagonists in Europe

Journey of students and teachers to present the
petition to the EU institutions, followed by a dissemination plan to share the experience at
local and European level.

With TYA, we want to create a network of motivated teachers and support young people in becoming more aware, responsible and future-oriented European citizens. The project just started Stay tuned for updates!​
